About Reentry

Reentry is the process by which incarcerated persons return to the community. The reentry process should begin at arrest and continue through community reintegration. 95% of offenders will eventually return to the community.

The vision of the Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable is a community that values and supports equity for formerly incarcerated persons and individuals with criminal histories.

The mission of the Austin/Travis County Reentry Roundtable is to be a robust collaborative promoting safe and healthy communities through effective reentry and reintegration of formerly incarcerated persons and individuals with criminal histories.

Reentry planning council meeting

Monthly Planning Council

2nd Monday of the month from 12:30-2:00pm at Goodwill Community Center, 1015 Norwood Park Boulevard Austin, Texas 78753.
